Met at the aircraft door, and at the water’s edge half an hour later.
Your guests will have flown overnight, and they will be more tired than they admit. So the first day does one thing well and then leaves them alone.
They are met at the aircraft door in Russian and never see a queue. Half an hour later they are at the Radisson Collection, on the water at the V&A Waterfront, with Table Mountain behind them and the whole harbour on their doorstep. The afternoon is theirs.
A Russian-speaking assistant meets the party as they step off the aircraft and takes them through a private channel. Passports and formalities are handled while they sit.
One vehicle with its driver, the Russian-speaking guide aboard and the luggage travelling with them. I meet them as they come through.
On the water at the V&A Waterfront. Rooms are allocated in advance, so the luggage goes straight to them.
For anyone who wants to stretch their legs: the working harbour, the seals on the quay, the shops and the Clock Tower. Or the pool and sleep.
Ten minutes in the hotel on the days ahead: what the weather is doing, what to wear for the flight, and what time things begin.
There are dozens of good tables within a few minutes’ walk. We suggest and book.
