The Cape,
Essential

Nine days for twelve guests, hosted in person. Fine hotels, one flying day, and every signature moment kept.

The simplest way to travel the Cape, and none of its character is missing.

Three nights beside the V&A Waterfront, one among the vineyards, two on the cliff at Hermanus, two in the Karoo. Breakfast daily, full board in the reserve, and lunches and dinners left to the guests.

Our sample departure leaves Russia on Friday 5 February 2027 and lands in Cape Town on Saturday 6 February. The group flies home on the evening of Sunday 14 February.

The rate

From $5,700 per person, net.

An introductory rate for February 2027, for a party of twelve sharing twin or double rooms. Single supplements quoted on request. It excludes international flights. Rates are based on current supplier pricing, with 2027 rates to be confirmed in writing before anything is sold.

What runs through every day

Hosted personallyI travel with the group from the moment they land until I see them settled in the Karoo, and the guide takes them home from there. The Constantia and Stellenbosch days exist because of where I grew up.
In Russian throughoutA guide who came to South Africa and qualified here, with the party from arrival to departure.
Their own wineBlended, bottled and labelled by the group, and sent on to them afterwards.
